From the main entrance, double doors open into the lounge area which offers you a large comfortable three seater sofa, 40 inch HD smart TV, coffee table and a modern electric fire.

The open plan room then leads to a dining area and fully fitted kitchen with full size gas cooker (hob and oven), American fridge freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, dishwasher and of course all of the essential equipment for cooking and dining. Complimentary tea, coffee, sugar, bread, butter, milk and eggs are also provided for your arrival.

The bedroom leads off the lounge and offers a high quality, extremely comfortable 5ft double bed with duvet, pillows and luxury crisp boutique quality linens enabling you to enjoy a relaxing night’s sleep. Clothes hanging space and bedside cabinets, plus a 20 inch TV. A hairdryer is also provided.

The ‘bathroom’ offers a large wet room shower, toilet and WC, heated towel rail, mirror and shaving point, along with luxury toiletries. Soft hand towels, bath towels and mat are provided (please note no bath – shower only). Shower chair, mowbray and toilet seat raiser are available on request.

The bungalow is fully tiled throughout with underfloor heating.

Outside offers a large seating area with picnic table and chairs or loungers and gas barbecue, along with your own colourful garden for relaxing and enjoying the countryside views.
