Estuary View is located at Parkland, an AA five gold pennant adults only touring, camping and glamping site.

The cosy Shepherds Hut is situated to give you stunning views over the countryside down towards Kingsbridge and Salcombe Estuary.

Estuary View is furnished with a luxury 5ft double bed, prepared with boutique quality linens, enabling you to have a relaxing and comfortable night's sleep. Within the hut there is also a small sofa, TV, clothes hanging and storage shelves.

Next to the Shepherds Hut (you do have to go outside) you have your own micro kitchen with a small dining area. For your convenience the kitchen is furnished with a fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, hot plate and air-fryer, along with crockery and utensils. A welcome pack of tea, coffee, sugar and milk are provided for you.

You also have your own cosy ensuite (leads off the kitchen area) with toilet, wash-basin and shower cubicle. Large fluffy bath towels, hand towels and bathmat are provided for you.

Outside seating on a large decked area and a gas BBQ allow you to partake in alfresco dining whilst you enjoy the view.

The property has central heating and can be used all year round.

Parking is available next to the property for one vehicle.

Please note that Estuary View is for a maximum of two adults, sorry no children or pets.

Parkland is ideally situated for exploring the stunning area of outstanding natural beauty in South Devon. The area has plenty to offer all, whether you like to ramble along the breathtaking South West Coast path or relax on glorious sandy beaches and secluded coves such as Bantham, Thurlestone, South Milton, Hope Cove and South Sands, plus many more.

Explore historic and picturesque towns such as Dartmouth, Salcombe and Totnes. Meander around various open gardens abundant with flora and fauna.

For the more active traveller the area offers an abundance of water sports, sailing, fishing and golf.

At the end of your active or relaxing day you will find so many fine establishments to dine in (or take-away), many offering local produce from the farms and fields, along with the well known Salcombe crab and catch of the day.
