Rhian Huxtable Owner and franchisee grew up and studied in South Devon, before embarking on a very successful senior leadership career in a number of industry-leading brands including Sainsbury’s and Boots where he was lucky enough to hold several senior-level roles in a multi-disciplinary environment, including Head of Region for the Southwest and Head of the Retail Operations Hub for Boots nationally.

Rhian as a huge passion for inspiring and helping the businesses he partners with, to deliver a memorable and heartfelt experience for their customers and in turn improve profitability. He believes there can be no compromise on the quality of the customer service experience businesses offer.

Whilst operating his insight6 franchise business Rhian has developed invaluable strategic, project management and consultancy skills that he uses when supporting his business partners.
