Ashburn Springs Gym and Pool is the fantastic pool, fitness centre and gym complex at Cofton Holidays, near Dawlish, just outside of Starcross on the Exeter Road.

Ashburn Springs offers two fabulous pools; a heated indoor pool with hydrotherapy loungers and bubbling water jets, open from 8 til 8 daily, so you’ll have plenty of time to while away the hours and get some well deserved R&R. For extra watery excitement Ashburn Springs also has a spacious outdoor pool which is open seasonally.

In Ashburn Springs Gym you’ll find enough equipment for a complete body workout, with a free weights zone, machines for cardiovascular training and resistance machines for toning and sculpting. And if you’re looking for some help with your training programme or what some extra motivation Ashburn Springs Personal Trainers are there to help you reach your goals. 

At Ashburn Springs you’ll also find a steam room and sauna so that you can truly relax after your swim or work out. The steam room and Sauna can be used by guests over the age of 16.

On offer is also a range of fitness classes including Yoga, Pilates, step, boxercise and circuit training to name a few plus there is a dedicated indoor cycling studio.
