Step inside and you’ll discover a sumptuous ground floor bedroom with its own luxurious en-suite shower room. Chunky window reveals nod to the building’s humble past and lend a characterful charm to this room with a walk-in closet providing additional hanging space for coats and jackets.
A staircase leads up to the first floor which opens on to a bright, double volume open plan living and kitchen area, complete with original exposed roof timbers. Pendulum lighting and stylish soft furnishings make for a welcoming space, with sink in sofas and a large flat screen TV creating the perfect place to spend time and unwind in. The Shaker-style kitchen is well-equipped and ideal for preparing a homecooked meal or two in, and with a fabulous farm shop within just a short drive from the property, guests can whip up a few Devon-inspired creations of their own.
On this floor guests will also discover a fantastic family bathroom as well as a second bedroom, elegantly furnished with two large single beds. The vaulted ceiling with large angled windows flood the room with light making it a gorgeous space to enjoy some much needed downtime in.
The village of Torcross is well known for being perched on a stunning three mile stretch of shingle beach. The calm, clear waters and safe swimming conditions make it a popular choice for visitors, and the ideal location for a family or friends looking to spend a relaxing break in one of the most beautiful parts of South Devon.
