Devon Valley Holiday Village, nestled in the South Devon countryside on the banks of the magnificent River Teign. As we celebrate our 25th year of family ownership, we are very excited to be offering the chance to own your very own holiday home at Devon Valley. We have a wide range of 2 and 3-bedroom luxury holiday homes for sale in our new development at Farm Way. Many have stunning deckings with fabulous views across to the estuary, the Devonshire hills, and beyond. If you can't find your ideal holiday home, then choose one yourself on one of our available plots to find the perfect match.
You get more of the year to enjoy your holiday home at Devon Valley, thanks to an extended season from 15th March to 15th January.
If you wish to sublet your holiday home, we make the experience easy and rewarding. We have an expert understanding of self-catering holiday lets - we do the hard work so you don't have to.
We also understand the importance of knowing there's a dedicated team who can assist in taking care of your holiday home. That's where our Maintenance and Housekeeping Teams can help, whether it's a routine job or a full safety check. We can even get your holiday home warm and ready for your arrival, so all you need to worry about is getting here.

We're just a short drive from the end of the M5 at Exeter. Simply follow signs for Teignmouth and cross the bridge over the river into the village of Shaldon. We're about 1 mile outside of the village. We are the perfect location to explore all that South Devon has to offer. All top local attractions, favourite beaches, and best Devon days out are within easy reach.
