Go Green Fest Dawlish

The first ever Go Green Fest will be held in Dawlish on 26th July 2020.
Dawlish Against Plastic, Dawlish Town Council and Sustainable Dawlish, are organising an event that celebrates sustainable living - The Go Green Fest 2020
With guest speakers, entertainment, activities for all and representatives from eco-friendly organisations and businesses, this will be a fun and informative festival.
Having declared a climate emergency and following the achievement of 'Plastic Free Community' status from Surfers Against Sewage, Dawlish is firmly on the map as a town that cares for the environment.
Chair of Dawlish Against Plastic, Vanessa Ryley, said, "We want this to be a positive celebration which brings together a wide range of organisations and businesses to inform and inspire people of all ages. It will be fun, with music, a writing competition for young people, keynote speakers and other entertainment. The aim is to encourage everyone to live more in harmony with their environment."

The event is non-party political.
No charge for organisations to attend.
