Founded in 1953 by Jim Holman to bring arts in all its many forms for local people and visitors to experience and enjoy.

The Dawlish Arts Festival is a week-long festival with events taking place throughout each day, it will include music for every taste, poetry, dance, children's activities, walking town tours, flower displays, exhibitions, crafts and family events. Plus fringe festival events throughout the year. The full programme of events can be downloaded for free from the website, or purchased for £1 as a souvenir.

Sneak preview - To kick start the 2017 Dawlish Arts Festival we have :

Saturday 27th May 3pm - Torbay Riviera Brass Band Concert on the Lawn bandstand.

Tuesday 30th May7.30 - Exe Valley String Quartet at St Gregory's Church

Thursday 1st June'The Fab Beatles' at The Strand.
 

Also we will have "Roman Exeter Walk", Dance troups, Wall Art Trail, Photographic competition, Children's Poetry and much more.
