Join us in Dawlish this year for a festive two-day celebration of Christmas Market Stalls, Live Music, Light Switch On Event, Food & Drink and much more! Weather permitting, there may even be a flurry of 'snow' on both Friday and Saturday!

Friday 22nd November – 2pm – 8pm
2pm – 8pm – Food & Drink Christmas Market on The Strand.
4pm – 5pm – 'The Ditto's of Dawlish' book signing at The Dawlish Book Shop.
5pm – Father Christmas and the Town Crier will lead the Lantern Parade onto the Lawn and officially switch on the Dawlish Town Centre Christmas Lights.
Live performance from X Factor and Britain's Got Talent Singer Russell Jones Jr.
Late night shopping until 8pm in our local Independent Shops.

Live music performers – Monday's Chyld, Jamie Cottrell, Acid Reflux, Velvet Rockerteers, Zach Broad, Elle Chappelle, Wendy Thompsett, The Crazy Foot Tappers (Duo), Mark Wallington and Hendrix by Name, Willow by Nature.
Venues – Presents of Dawlish, Reflections, Underhill Estate Agents, The Banking Hub, Daisy's Tea Room, The Mix, Le Cygnerie, The Shoe Centre & Brunswick Arms.

Saturday 23rd November – 10am – 4pm
10am – 4pm – Christmas Market – Over 60 Stalls spread across The Strand & The Lawn.
10am – 11am – Monday's Chyld performing on The Band Stand

The wonderful Independent Businesses around the town centre will also be open throughout the day, providing an excellent opportunity to start your Christmas Shopping. With lots of unique and local products, gifts, clothing, footwear and crafts available, Dawlish is a fantastic place to buy special presents for your loved ones.

WIN A LUXURY HAMPER - There will be a chance to win one of two luxury hampers. Anyone who spends over £10 in participating shops in Dawlish over this two-day event, will be entered into the raffle. Courtesy of Dawlish Chamber of Trade and Commerce.

Children's Competition – Our local businesses will be displaying homemade Snow Globes made from Jam Jars, drop off your entries to Underhill Estate Agents, 29 The Strand, Dawlish EX7 9PT by Wednesday 20th November. The Snow Globes will be displayed in the shop windows and prizes will be awarded to the winners.

We invite everyone to take part in the Lantern Parade, if you don't have time to make a lantern at home, then you can simply bring a torch to join in.

We urge visitors to use public transport wherever possible. Dawlish is well served by busses and trains.
