Aerial Hoop and Silks Workshops with Onyx Aerial Fitness
Back by popular demand! We listened to your very helpful feedback from the last aerial workshops and have tweaked the format accordingly. We have reduced the number participants in each workshop and increased the equipment ensuring the children get maximum use of the aerial apparatus.
Feel the flight! Learn to dance like a circus artist in the air with Heidi Karina Onyx. Starting the class with a thorough conditioning warm up, followed by a breakdown of moves on the aerial apparatus which can be linked together to form a unique and beautiful sequence. This workshop will conclude with a relaxing stretch and cool down.
Suitable for all levels of fitness.
No parental supervision is required – however parents are most welcome to stay and watch or assist if they wish to.
Equipment is strictly for children’s use only.
Tickets are limited so book early to avoid disappointment.
