Exeter Gin Ltd and Granny Garbutts Gin Distillery, Gin School and Retail. Award winning business and many gin awards both in UK and International.
Exeter Gin is a family run business operating form Teignmouth on the outskirts of Exeter. Both gins are based on heritage. Exeter Gin tells a story about Exeters rich heritage and using botanicals related to the Roman era our navy strength gin, Ivaar The Boneless, we refer to as viking strength is particularly popular not just for its taste but for those viking fans amongst us. Exeter Gin won Best Classic Gin at The Great British Food Awards 2020 judged by Olly Smith from Saturday Morning Kitchen who said he could drink it by the bucket full.

Granny Garbutts Gin is about my family but reflects the 1920’s and life on the Yorkshire Moors and surrounding area, in particular Yarm. Granny Garbutt was the founders Granny, a gin swilling little minx which quite often led to trouble and Grandad was a quiet unassuming man who loved to garden, in fact he would hide in his allotment from her when she had a few to drink! This led to our Grandads Revenge ‘Best Served Cold’ navy strength gin (payback). Our allotment range reflect Grandads long days in his beloved allotment for which he was awarded a certificate by the government for feeding people in WW2.
Our allotment range use freshly pressed fruit from British Farms, the rhubarb gin has just won a high scoring gold award from Taste of The West and is now competing in the Champions awards. Hopefully, Granny and Grandad are smiling down on us having so much fun.
Online Shop prices from £6 for a 5cl to £47 for a 70cl Navy Strength.
