Located just over a 10 minute stroll into the heart of town’s vibrant centre and waterside promenade, guests will find a host of excellent eateries, cafes and bars to suit a variety of tastes, as well as a range of additional activities and amenities. If something more relaxing is preferred, appreciate the nearby picturesque and interesting Warfleet Creek area with its peaceful waterside benches and access to a quiet and sheltered section of the river. Or wander on for a further 10 minutes and explore Dartmouth Castle and the little-known Gallant’s Bower and Sugary Cove, perfect for a picnic and some stone skimming.
The property itself allows its guests to relax in comfort and style, boasting attractive original features alongside stylish and contemporary specifications and furnishings. Guests can entertain in the large well-equipped modern kitchen, traditional yet sophisticated dining room with feature fireplace, as well as come together in the bright, elegant sitting room with its digital entertainment systems and access to the properties water facing front balcony. Living and dining flexibility is offered by way of an extra fully-equipped kitchen and dining area on the top floor with its spectacular river views. Throughout the property all of the bedrooms are thoughtfully presented and the bathrooms have been finished to a contemporary spec. The property boasts an array of different outside seating areas across its landscaped terraces.
NB: Access to all doors from the designated parking spaces is down steps; 30 steps to top rear door, 48 to side entrance and 58 to front door.
