Janacek String Quartet No 2 'Intimate Letters'
Since winning the London International String Quartet Competition in 1991, the Wihan have developed an impressive international career. The Quartet celebrated its 30th anniversary in 2015, and its outstanding reputation for the interpretation of its native Czech heritage is widely acknowledged. Music Web International and BBC Music Magazine have poured accolades on their Dvorak interpretations and recordings.

There is only limited parking at the Courtenay Centre, but the public Cricketfield Road Car Park, has free-of-charge parking after 6.00pm and charges £1 on Sunday before 4.00pm. It is connected to the Courtenay Centre by a short public footpath.
