Azu Spirits is a local spirits specialist and works in collaboration with a variety of venues to host unique blind tasting events. Specialising in Scotch whisky, craft gin and non-alcoholic spirits, Azu provides the Glencairn nosing glasses, water pipettes for the whiskies, the full six bottles of spirits to present and numbered 100ml sharing boxes for each table of four people. The information cards on each table provide insights into each spirit, and the 'challenge' is whether you can identify which is which! Once the group has tasted all six spirits, the wax-sealed envelope is opened for the 'big reveal'. A new, engaging and sociable way to taste spirits.
