Have you ever investigated the depths of the murky water and wondered to yourself; what lurks beneath? Get ready to explore with pond dipping in Slapton Ley and discover anything from damsels to dragons. Be enlightened to the wonderful world of larvae, the not-so-yummy shrimp, snails in their bails and crazy cool adaptations. Suitable for any age but must be accompanied by an adult.

Foldout guides can be borrowed during the walk and can be purchased at the end.

What to bring:

Wellies

We will be outside so please dress appropriately for the weather. 

Expect a short walk to our pond dipping platform which will involve some uneven ground.
