Synopsis:
A swashbuckling adventure set in and around the royal court of France, adapted from the novel by Alexandre Dumas. Suitable for all ages. Set in the 1620s, a young swordsman comes to Paris, seeking to join the Royal guards;. Initially refused, but determined to prove his worth and loyalty, he leads in thwarting plots against the King and Queen, by the King's chief advisor; Cardinal Richelieu, while making friends with three of the Kings Musketeers, in the process. With beautiful costuming, dramatic action scenes, and a fast moving story, performed by a team of professional actors aged 11 – 65 from around south Devon, and being filmed for TV broadcast in the USA, this is a production not to be missed.
