Pay What You Feel Community Cafe

Food in Community is a not for profit who rescues high quality, mostly organic surplus produce from local farms and food makers, and delivers food boxes 52 weeks of the year to charities, schools and community groups in and around the South Hams, Teignbridge and Torbay.

To fund this work and to provide a community event accessible to all, we run pay what you feel pop up cafes using some of the donated surplus produce to create a delicious lunch menu in Newton Abbot and Totnes. There is also live acoustic musicians playing in the background.

Our Totnes pay what you feel lunch cafe is held on the FIRST Saturday of the month from 12.30-2.30 at Totnes United Free Church, High Street, Totnes. TQ9 5RP

Our Newton Abbot pay what you feel lunch café is held on the LAST Saturday of the month from 12.30-2.30 at the Avenue Church, the Avenue, Newton Abbot. TQ12 2BY.

There is no need to book, and lunch is served from 12.30-2.30. All are welcome, including visitors to the area, and there is full wheelchair access at both venues. We cater for vegan and gluten free diets.
