Halloween at Paignton Zoo

Grab your broomsticks and join us at Paignton Zoo for some frighteningly good Halloween half term fun, every day from Saturday 23rd to Sunday 31st October.

Our FREE Wizard Workshop will be open each day between 10.30am and 4pm, where with some help from our mystical characters, children can make their very own spooky spell bookmark to take home.

Between 12.15pm and 1pm join our presenter team by the zebra paddock for ‘Potion Pledge’. Make a magical potion with some curious objects and choose to make a promise that protects our earth and nature. Our presenters will be back again from 3pm to 3.45pm, this time outside Bugs at Home for ‘Fact or Frightful Fiction’. Pick a card and test your knowledge, will the fact be true or frightful fiction?

11am – Eerie Owls & Curious Cassowaries talk

12noon – Giraffe talk

2pm – Mysterious Maned Wolf talk

2.30pm – Gorilla talk

Bring the kids to visit us in their most frighteningly fabulous fancy dress. Whether it’s a wicked witch, a wild werewolf, or super spooky skeleton, we can’t wait to see what your little monsters will dress up as.

While you’re here, visit our Island Restaurant and see what devilish delights they have to offer, this will most definitely be a treat!!
