Doddiscombsleigh Art Show

The 2022 Doddiscombsleigh Art Show will be held at the Teign Valley Community Hall in Christow from 21 – 23 October. The Art Show is an exhibition and sale of both 2D and 3D art from west country artists.
Alongside the art galleries, there is a gift shop offering beautifully crafted local gifts – ideal for a spot of early Christmas shopping as well as a café offering an array of homemade foods from soups and lunches to cream teas and cakes. There is also an amazing Raffle (drawn on Sunday 23 October) where prizes include original art works from our exhibiting artists!
The Art Show was the brainchild of a group of school parents in 2002 and this year we will be celebrating 20 years since the first Art Show was held in 2002. All of the money raised from sales across the show go to Doddiscombsleigh Primary School where it is used to enrich the school days for the children. Previous projects have included the renovation of a garden area, provision of an outside classroom and new playground equipment. Funds have also provided music tuition, theatre experiences and computer equipment to name just a few.
The Teign Valley Hall is in Christow, just off the B3193. Entry into the Art Show is free and there is also free onsite parking.
The Art Show will be open from 10:00 to 5:00 on Friday 21 October and Saturday 22 October. We will be open from 10:00 to 1:30 on Sunday 23 October.
