Craft Beer Boom

From the inexorable rise in Craft Beer comes Craft Beer Boom, Exeter's first international beer event.
Featuring 40 local, national and international beers across two days, this will be an unmissable chance to try a huge range of amazing, interesting and delicious beers, with food and music, all in the grounds of Exeter's historic Cathedral.
Craft beer is booming. There are now over 10,000 microbreweries in the world and there has never been a better time to come and try some of the incredible beers on offer. We have carefully curated a brilliant beer list with local, British, European and American brews all representing the best of world beer, and showcasing the many traditions and innovations out there. With all the different breweries, styles, hop flavours and strengths, there really is something for everyone (low-alcohol and gluten-free options will be available).
This is a laid back event for the enjoyment of beer in Exeter's iconic Cathedral Garden, amongst the ancient stones and trees.
There will be acoustic music from local musicians, and street food, plus a cute mobile bar serving cider, wine, soft drinks and spirits, for the less beery amongst us.
With many decades of experience of running events and brewing and enjoying beer, Crossed Anchors and Powderkeg have combined forces to create the kind of beer event they would like to go to. You'll be in good hands.
