Directions From the M5 coming from North
If coming from the Plymouth direction join from the A380
At the end of the M5 you end up on the A38, proceed along until you see Kenn services, just after this the road divides, take the left hand A 380, and stay on this road for a few miles until the turn off for Teignmouth B 3192.
Drive all the way to Teignmouth, and at the bottom of the hill at the traffic lights turn right, and follow signs to Shaldon. At the next proper traffic lights take the left hand lane to cross the Estuary via Shaldon bridge.
Once over the bridge, drive up to Zebra crossing, the road goes on up the hill towards Torquay, do not go up the hill, but turn immediately right into Ringmore Road. Brook Lane is the second Lane on the LEFT hand side where you can see the river again on your right, and Ringmore Garden House is the third set of gates on the right, after you enter the lane and go up a small hill
