Holne Park House is as a unique conference venue in Devon. From corporate events to conferences, seminars, training and team building, the emphasis is on quality conference facilities with a difference.
The five conference rooms and en-suite accommodation offer a truly excellent venue for all your corporate events and meetings.
We are dedicated to offering you conference facilities and services to the highest standards; the conference rooms are both flexible in terms of usable space and function. They can be used equally well for conferences, seminars, training and team building exercises.
What makes Holne Park House exceptional is how we can dovetail break-out activities within your event and even help with your training needs. CRS, who are based at Holne Park House, will assit you to design and deliver bespoke training programmes.

With years of experience in fun team building exercises and adventure activities CRS are able to construct a programme of break-out activities catering for all ages, fitness levels and abilities from a High Ropes Course to team brain teasers on the lawn in front of the house.
Holne Park House can offer a range of accommodation to suit your requirements. For those who are seeking a little luxury after the event, Holne Park House has nine ensuite bedrooms within the main house. The majority of the rooms boast beautiful views over the front lawn and grounds. All rooms are en-suite and have a TV and refreshment facilities. Bedrooms are on the first and second floor with staircase access only.
The Coach House offers a further nine twin en-suite rooms a short stroll from Holne Park House. These rooms offer all the indulgences of the main house rooms but in a more contemporary setting. Two rooms on the ground floor are specially designed for those with mobility issues.
For larger groups, Holne Park House has a total of 10 en-suite dormitory style rooms each sleeping up to 12 people.
Our conference rooms are able to accommodate from ten people up to one hundred and fifty.

Within the Dartmoor National Park, yet only one mile from the A38 between Exeter and Plymouth near Ashburton, we are easy to find and conveniently located.Follow the brown tourist signs to the River Dart Country Park from the Peartree Junction on the A38 by Ashburton. Peartree junction is the second Ashburton junction when travelling from Exeter direction.If you are using satellite navigation look out for our sign as you approach the Park. Some Sat Navs can take you on a Dartmoor adventure ending up in a nearby field!
