Membership Terms and Conditions

•    By confirming you wish to take out a membership with Visit South Devon and paying your membership fee you are signing up to a 12 month package with Visit South Devon CIC. 
•    Renewals are due 12 months after your website listing is added to the Visit South Devon website.  
•    You will benefit from the membership features outlined in the media package for the level of package booked. Any reduction to the package benefits will be communicated to all businesses as soon as possible.  
•    New listings will be added to the site as soon as possible and within one week of the required information being received, or confirmation that details from your business website are to be used has been received.
•    Once we have created your listing using the information provided, we will provide you with a log in so you can amend your listing including; text, images, pricing, update and add more facilities options and add special offers (depending on your membership level).  
•    Invoices will be sent following confirmation of booking, all invoices have 28 day payment terms.
•    You also agree that any text, images or events added to the Visit South Devon website may be used to promote your business and the region by Visit South Devon or to fulfil press requests we receive. You confirm that any images or text provided to Visit South Devon are not copyrighted, that you are permitted to use them for promotional purposes and that the information is correct and true. 
•    Any changes or amendments required to your listing information hosted on the Visit South Devon website is to be communicated to Visit South Devon or is to be updated within the Extranet as soon as possible.  
•    By agreeing to join Visit South Devon we will add your details to our membership mailing list and you will receive regular membership and communications from us. You can opt out of our newsletters at any time and only receive information about your renewal.
