As with many other counties, here in Devon we have a large LGBTQIA+ community, and Pride is usually a big affair in some of out towns and cities. In February we honour LGBT history and Pride is officially celebrated in June. It’s a month where we honour, celebrate and uplift the LGBTQIA+ community, as well as recognise the need for acceptance and equality for those who define themselves as such.
