Totnes, located on the banks of the River Dart, Totnes is just 9 miles from Torquay.
The town has a rich history with lots to discover, including the impressive and imposing Totnes Castle, The Guildhall, and Totnes Museum. A visit to Totnes is also a chance to savour South Devon's best food. From cream teas and gelato to steak and fries with a view of the river, the town's many cafes and restaurants make full use of the bountiful harvest of fresh, local, seasonally available produce.
Dartmouth - The beautiful town of Dartmouth situated on the mouth of the River Dart is one of South Devon’s most popular and enchanting towns. With its charming historic streets, scenic river location and surrounded by South Devon countryside this is a great choice for your groups next visit. With a long tradition of strategic importance for sailing ships, Dartmouth has a long association with the Royal Navy, with The Britannia Royal Naval College located on the hill overlooking the town and has been training Officers since 1863. Group tours are available. With its medieval and Elizabethan roots, many of the original buildings in the town still stand giving it a distinctive character, with Dartmouth Castle and Bayards Cove Fort being two iconic historical buildings. Dartmouth also played a role in the historic sailing of the Mayflower to America in 1620.
Tiverton - Settled in the Mid Devon countryside, the town of Tiverton is brimming with history and heritage just waiting to be discovered; with romantic castles, historic houses, and horse drawn barges, perfect for any group visit.

Dawlish - Dawlish is a lovely town for groups, it is nestled attractively between steep surrounding hills together with the picturesque settlements of Cockwood and Holcombe and the visitor hotspot of Dawlish Warren. The railway stretches along the entire seafront and beach connecting Dawlish and Dawlish Warren with a sea wall walk. Exmouth - Exmouth is one of the oldest and most picturesque seaside towns in Devon. The town is the gateway to the World Heritage Jurassic Coast and has two miles of sandy beach, which is perfect for water sports and walks.
