Following the success of the first Sidmouth International Jazz and Blues festival in early June 2022, the festival organisers are already well underway with their exciting plans for the 2023 festival.
Save the dates and experience the absolute best in Jazz, Blues, Roots, Funk, Soul, Gospel, Latin, Cuban music between Thursday 25 to Monday 29 May which also encompasses the end of May bank holiday weekend.
The 2023 festival programme will include a selection of World – Class headline ticketed concerts with acclaimed performers, a dedicated outdoor music performance stage presenting the best local and regional bands and musicians, workshops, outreach community projects and free music events at local venues.
Artistes under consideration include the acclaimed award - winning American Jazz singer, Saxophonist Curtis Stigers, Mud Morganfield, from Chicago who is the eldest son of the undisputed king of the Blues Muddy Waters, British Jazz giant and CBE Courtney Pine, and a range of other incredible acts which will be announced soon.
Join us in the beautiful costal Regency town of Sidmouth, East Devon and soak up the fabulous vibrant atmosphere, enjoy the superb live music on offer, take a stroll along the esplanade or grab a bite to eat and a drink with family and friends at the various venues located within the town.
