Cream Tea
After a long day exploring there’s nothing better than taking in the scenery with a traditional Cream Tea. Don’t forget there’s only one way to eat it in Devon, and that’s cream on first.
Crab
South Devon is famous for its fresh seafood and crab. And with coastal town’s steeped in maritime history there’s no better place to give it a try.
Fish and Chips
Nothing says seaside holiday quite like Fish and Chips. And it’s not officially on the list, but there’s no better way to finish your meal then with a great local ice cream in a cone.
Local Wine
Across South Devon you’ll find a number of vineyards which product wonderful English wine. A great example is Sharpham Vineyard which sits on the banks of the River Dart. Here you can enjoy some of the great wine as well as take tour of the Vineyards.
Fresh Food Market
With our countryside fill of fields and farmland it’s no surprise that there is a great amount of wonderful fresh local produce on offer throughout South Devon, which makes it hard to pick a fifth for our list!
