St. Mellion Estate

St. Mellion Estate sits on the Devon & Cornwall border making it the perfect location to use as a base to explore the very best of the West Country.

The 450 acre country estate offers not only a 4 star hotel accommodation but also the beautifully situated Cottage Collection ~ a collection of 19 self-catering holiday cottages hidden deep within the state. The holiday cottages range from one to four bedroom properties, unique in design, all offering private parking and terrace/balcony perfect for alfresco dining. A selection of the cottages are dog friendly so no need to leave you four-legged friend behind.

The exceptional Health Club with three swimming pools, fitness suite, tennis courts & Elemis Wellness Spa, along with two golf courses, including the Championship Nicklaus Signature Course & choice of three dining options make St. Mellion Estate a firm favourite for family holidays, last minute getaways and memorable spa & golf breaks.

St. Mellion is also one of the finest conference, meetings and events venues in the South West. Offering 6 versatile function suites, the largest offering a capacity of 350 for banqueting and up to 500 theatre style, St. Mellion has played host to a myriad of award dinners, training events, exhibitions, sports teams, multiday national conferences and many wonderful wedding celebrations. The resort has free parking in abundance with space for over 850 cars, EV charging, experienced event coordinators and a complete bespoke approach to meeting the needs and requirements of its customers. We especially love a challenge!

We cannot fail to mention the exceptional golf experience St. Mellion Estate is worldly renowned for. Having been recoginsed in the Top 100 World Resorts last year, we can proudly boast 'we are officially one of the best golf resorts in the world!'. For the experienced golfer the Championship Nicklaus Course offers an unforgettable 18 holes with every shot providing awe inspiring views and the potential for some wayward shots. It's a challenge but well worth the pain. The Kernow Resort offers a more gentle round of golf with interesting tee shots and beautifully positioned greens to ensure a rewarding round.
