Ocean Reach offers three beautifully presented and furnished holiday homes and apartments with stunning 360-degree countryside and coastal views.

All of the holiday homes are dog friendly, all are child friendly and the ground floor apartment is accessible for wheelchair users with a complimentary scooter available. The properties are available for holidays all year around for short breaks and long stays. The holiday homes have their own parking with additional storage for boats or trailers on request.

Ocean Reach also has the benefit of the onsite Oceans Restaurant and Bar which has indoor and outdoor seating with spectacular sea views. Oceans Restaurant also offers the rather special option of having your meals delivered.

These high quality holiday homes, in a sensational and tranquil setting, offer more than 180 degrees of unhindered views of the South Devon Heritage Coast, while being close to the charm and bustle of Salcombe.

The holiday homes provide views over Burgh Island, Thurlestone and Bigbury Bay, while on clear days it is possible to see the Lizard Point in Cornwall, around 70 miles away. The South West Coast Path, which covers 630 miles in total, is less than 100 yards away and locations like Soar Mill Cove and Hope Cove are within easy walking distance.

Ocean Reach Holiday Homes are managed by Sean and Hazel Hassall who live nearby and have owned the site since 1991, they are passionate about the site which sits on the National Trust’s Bolberry Down within the South Devon Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, bordering the South West Coast Path.

Apartment Nine is also wheelchair friendly - it’s a one bedroom, ground floor apartment with walk in shower and grab rails in the shower and at the side of the toilet.
