Designed with the coastal setting in mind the property boasts large windows which ensure rooms are flooded with daylight and enable guests to make the most of the views towards the creek and Snapes Point. The property is situated above the road and a very well stocked Co-op and overlooks the vibrant and bustling Island Street which is well-known for a selection of shops, restaurants, art galleries, working boat stores, The Salcombe Gin Distillery and more. It is ideally located for those looking to be in the heart of the action in Salcombe and within a short walk of everything that the popular seaside town has to offer. With so much being accessible on foot and little need to use the car there is also the peace of mind that there is designated parking in the secure under cover parking area.
