Whether it’s entertaining in the large well-equipped kitchen and open plan dining room, eating alfresco on the terrace or relaxing in the bright, spacious double-aspect first floor sitting room with gas fire and views across the estate grounds towards the lake, guests will find the property comfortable and easy to enjoy at any time of year.
Outside, as well as its own patio area, guests also have access to the 18 acres of communal gardens and grounds that make up The Fallapit Estate, including woodland areas and a peaceful seating area overlooking the lake, ideal for soaking up the evening sun.
With flexible downstairs accommodation, 4 De Challon may be an ideal base for anyone with mobility issues, allowing flat access from the parking area and the opportunity to have a sitting room/study on the ground floor, instead of a third bedroom. Moreover, the grounds and versatility of space on offer also make 4 De Challon the perfect choice for a group of friends, a family or indeed a couple to escape to.
Located just outside the village of East Allington which is home to a vibrant pub, well stocked shop and close community. Several sandy beaches, and many seaside towns and villages in the South Hams are just a short drive away.

Please note if you have received the benefit of a reduced occupancy discount, only the master bedroom will be made up.
Included: Duvets, pillows, bed linen, towels (guests will need to bring their own dog/beach towels), water, electricity, underfloor heating, washing/dryer, iron and ironing board, clothes airer and vacuum cleaner.
Internet and Telephone: Wi-Fi available free of charge. No landline telephone available. Mobile reception generally fair but please check with your provider prior to booking.
Pets: Two well behaved dogs welcome. Dog charge £30.00 per dog per week.
Electric Vehicles: Please note that this property does not have suitable facilities for charging electric vehicles.
