2 Phoenix Place is situated in the village of West Alvington on the main road that runs between Kingsbridge and Salcombe. Homely and charming, the cottage is presented to a high standard throughout and is very well equipped.
Ideal for both families and couples alike, the house boasts a comfortable lounge with 'L' shape sofa and smart TV, a further reception room with sofa and TV, adjoining dining room, well-equipped kitchen and a downstairs cloakroom. Upstairs is a family bathroom and 3 bedrooms. There is a travel cot and high chair, and a number of board games for a rainy day making it well-equipped for families too.
Accessed from the dining area via fully glazed doors there is a lovely South facing patio furnished with rattan sofa and table and lovely views of the countryside on the other side of the valley. The village car park is just 100 yards from the cottage and provides easy free parking, with parking also available on the road right outside the cottage on a first come first served basis.
If you don't fancy cooking, then there is 'The Ring O' Bells' pub within the village, and plentiful pubs and restaurants just a short 10 minute stroll away in neighbouring Kingsbridge. Many of the prestigious South Hams beaches are also just a 10-15 minute drive away.
All in all, 2 Phoenix Place provides the perfect spot for couples or families looking for a base for exploring the surrounding area.
