16 Combehaven is an attractive open plan, top floor duplex apartment, just a 5 minute walk to the centre of Salcombe. The pretty coastal town offers a host of shops, pubs and restaurants and our very own Salcombe gin distillery. There is a passenger ferry crossing the water to the beautiful sandy beaches of East Portlemouth where you can enjoy a picnic of local crab sandwiches and Salcombe dairy ice cream!
The property comprises of 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms 2 of which are en suite. From the open plan living space there is a balcony with seating where you can enjoy the beautiful views that the Salcombe estuary offers. The property also has the benefit of underground parking for 2 vehicles.
