Join the South Devon National Landscape Estuaries Officer, a marine biologist, for a stroll along the Avon Estuary tidal road.
We will be Exploring, discovering and discussing what makes estuaries so special and why we need to conserve them. We will have a special look at the mudflats and saltmarshes, the wildlife communities that they support and what they do for us all.

- Dogs on leads and under close control are welcome
- Mobility: Easy walking along the estuary edge tidal road but it is used by traffic
- Wear appropriate footwear and dress for the weather
- Bring snacks and drinks as necessary
- Parking: Timbers car park
- Facilities: None on-site; local facilities in Aveton Gifford
