Terra Marique Brasserie - Grand Opening

On the 22nd of March, a new fine food, fine dining restaurant will open their doors for their evening service. This restaurant is Terra Marique Brasserie on Union Street, Torquay.
The business is family run and boasts a warm, inviting atmosphere with Victorian era accents to the decor.
On the evening, a 5-course or 7-course menu will be served, depending on what you choose, and so will cocktails, wine and other beverages. The food is prepared by 23-year old rising star, Cory Benham, who was trained by Marco Pierre White and his Exec. Chef, Chris Warwick, and Sous Chef, Bear, who worked for a short period of time with Michael Caines and John Burton Race. Only the finest, local, seasonal produce will be used on the evening.
