"Once upon a time, there was a little ogre named Shrek…" as all good fairytales begin. Get ready as everyone's favourite ogre is hitting the stage!
Based on the Oscar-winning DreamWorks Animation film, Shrek The Musical brings the fairytale to life in this all-singing, all-dancing, visually-spectacular musical comedy. Join unlikely hero, Shrek, as he heads out on a quest with his trusty sidekick, Donkey, to rescue the feisty Princess Fiona. Add in a fire-breathing dragon, a host of fairytale misfits and the smaller-than-life Lord Farquaad and you have the perfect potion to delight audiences young and old.
The award-winning TOADS Stage Musical Company is proud to present the Torquay premiere of this much-loved anti-fairytale story proving that beauty is always in the eye of the beholder.
