Seascapes and Landscapes in Freehand Machine Embroidery Thursday 13th September

Join Annie for a day creating seascapes or landscapes (entirely your choice) in freehand machine embroidery. We will be in the gorgeous setting of the Emerge Space at the Ocean Studios in Royal Williams Yard, Plymouth. The area is rich in inspiration for seascapes! Bring along your sewing machine, inspiring imagery and any threads and fabrics that you may want to use, though Annie will bring plenty of fabrics for you to choose from as well. We will spend the day creating fabric pictures which can be simply popped into a glass frame, stretched over a canvas frame or turned into a cushion at a later date. Complimentary tea, coffee and most importantly cakes will be available throughout the day! You may want to bring a packed lunch or alternatively you can indulge in lunching at the award winning bakery downstairs in the Column Bakehouse! This day is suitable for more experienced freemotion embroiderers, who may have already come along to one of Annie's workshops as well as beginners as Annie will be on hand to advise and help with technical and creative top tips as well as giving demonstrations.
