The third annual weekend festival of live music, comedy and entertainment will be held in venues across the town on Friday 7th, Saturday 8th & Sunday 9th October 2022
Run by a Community Interest Company, all volunteers, who have been overwhelmed by the positive response received from local businesses and individuals through sponsorship, advertising and the recently launched 'Friend of the Festival scheme', the festival was initially created to attract locals and visitors to the town at a quieter weekend after the main holiday season.
Thanks to the generous support of Salcombe businesses, including the event's main sponsor Salcombe Distilling Co. all events are free, with the exception of Sunday night's headline show featuring Dartmoor-based husband and wife duo, Kathryn Roberts and Sean Lakeman, twice winners of the coveted 'Best Duo' prize at BBC Radio 2's Folk awards.
See www.salcombe-live.co.uk for more details including full line-up and timings, venue and sponsor details, to become a 'Friend of the Festival' and to purchase last remaining tickets for the headline show at the Holy Trinity Church.
All events, with the exception of the headline show on Sunday, are free. Some venues may require (free) tickets to be obtained in advance to manage capacity - see website for more information.
