At the next crossroads, turn right and continue for 5/6 miles by passing the villages of Ugborough and Ermington until it joins the A379. Turn right towards Plymouth, for one mile, then turn left to Mothecombe. Pass by the first two left turnings for Holbeton village, then take the third left turning marked HEMBURY CROSS (Nethecombe) and after about 200 yards you will come to a drive on the left marked PAMFLETE.
