Mindfulness Creative Inquiry Retreat
We are delighted to be hosting our first Flete Estate Mindfulness Creative Inquiry Retreat with Caspar Walsh for the weekend from Friday 28th September – Sunday 30th September – giving you the opportunity to reflect, rejuvenate and relax.

This retreat will take you on a journey to explore personal inquiry and meditation in the natural beauty of our 5,000 acre private country estate.

Caspar Walsh has been delivering retreats throughout the UK for over 10 years. His bespoke retreats follow a clear, simple structure as well as adapting to the individual and group needs as they arise. Time out in natural surroundings is the key and being situated in an area of outstanding natural beauty the Flete Estate provides the perfect location.

Mindfulness is the main focus of this retreat and to rejuvenate from the busy lifestyle that we have become accustomed to. By being aware of living in the moment eases the regrets about the past and anxiety for the future not yet known. It allows us to understand ourselves more and accept ourselves for who, what and were we are in this moment.

You will receive guidance and tools from Caspar Walsh to develop personal practice and help reconnect with your natural resources and strengths.

Time will be spent on your own, together, exploring and connecting to the beauty of the Flete Estate, including our three natural beaches, wildlife and the elements.

Spaces for this unique Mindful Creative Inquiry Retreat are limited and the perfect opportunity to discover the Flete Estate.

This is an exclusive offering with a very limited number of places. Please contact the Flete team to reserve this very unique personal retreat.
