Hosted by a Psychology of Sauna Researcher from the University of Exeter

Talk & Tea by the Fire:
Drawing on my own research and broader studies, we'll explore the psychological dimensions of sauna bathing, its perceived impact on well-being, and its potential as a non-clinical mental health intervention.

Latvian Pirts Ritual:
Experience one of the oldest sauna traditions with birch whisks, steam, and guided gentle practices that weave together movement, breath, and introspection.
