We are pleased to announce our next home educator day for 2024. This event allows home educating families to enjoy the zoo for a special discounted rate plus the option of talks and workshops with our amazing Education team.
Throughout the day we will have talks at enclosures covering topics such as rainforests, conservation and adaptation and a hands-on session with some of our amazing animal artefacts. We will also be running our popular Close Encounters workshop giving you the chance to get closer to some of our not-so-furry residents (limited capacity, bookings first come first served).
We look forward to welcoming you to Dartmoor Zoo and inspiring your young people all about our animals and the natural world.
Workshops: Close Encounters at 11am, 12pm and 1pm in Jag Suite – Max 40 people including adults. Book a space in advance.
Enclosure talks on various topics: Times, topics and locations will be given on the day (no pre-booking required)
