Opening Times

Sorry, this event has passed

At the Riverford Field Kitchen, we are dedicated to growing and cooking seasonal, organic food with vegetables and herbs picked daily from our farm and field kitchen garden just metres from the restaurant. Our chefs work with only the freshest ingredients which means our menu changes daily depending on what is in abundance in the fields around us.

Join us at the Riverford Farm to see where we grow our veg! On the tour you'll see our vegetables growing, clover leys and pasture, while hearing about the thriving variety of hedgerow wildlife supported in our organic fields. Head gardener Penny will take you to the best spots and share the spectacular views of the farm with you whilst chatting through the history of Riverford and why we are proud to be veg-nerds!

A great summer holiday activity to connect children with where their food comes from - and being able to taste and pick their own on the tour!

2 dates available: Tuesday 7th August and Thursday 16th August.

Time: 11am - 12.45pm

Prices:

Adult £12

Child £6 (under 3's are free)

Please be aware that the walks are family friendly, but smaller feet may find it hard going. We leave it to parental discretion.
