Drake Circus Wellness Week

Feeling a little blue this January?
Join us from the 21st until the 27th of January for Wellness Week and take the opportunity to put your physical and mental health first this season.

We'll be joined by experts from MIND, Nuffield Health, Thrive and Samaritans who will be offering a range of free health and wellbeing advice.

Monday 21st January
Join the team from MIND who will be sharing literature and advice on mental health and the services and support available.

Tuesday 22nd January
Livewell South West will be offering free blood pressure tests and teaching customers how to spot the early signs of a stroke.

Wednesday 23rd January
Plymouth Library will be offering adult and children's colouring for mindfulness and information on library health resources.

Thursday 24th January
Nuffield Gym will be offering free mini health MOTs and sharing advice on how you can get in shape with support from the Nuffield team.

Friday 25th January
Thrive will be sharing information on a range of health and wellbeing topics as well as a chance to get hands-on with their handwashing activity.

Sunday 27th January
The Samaritans will be offering listening tips and sharing information about the work they do.
