In conversation with Prue Leith, as she discusses her life, work, and her latest book, Life's Too Short to Stuff a Mushroom
Dame Prue Leith needs no introduction. She has been at the top of the British food scene for nearly sixty years. She has seen a huge success not only as a founder of the renowned Leith's School of Food and Wine, and proprietor of the Michelin-starred Leith's Restaurant, but also as a caterer, teacher, TV cook, food journalist, novelist, and cookery book author. She's also been a leading figure in campaigns to improve food in schools, hospitals, and the home.
Well known as a judge on the Great British Bake Off and the Great American Baking Show, she also has her own ITV programme, Prue's Cotswold Kitchen.
Join us for an evening in conversation with Prue, as she discusses the ups and downs of her career, her recent TV roles, and her brand-new cookery book, Life's Too Short to Stuff a Mushroom, a cookbook of delicious foolproof recipes with accompanying kitchen shortcuts and hacks.
Prue will be in conversation with TV personality and Dartington's very own award-winning Head Chef, Charlotte Vincent.
This event will include an opportunity for audience questions, and will be followed by a book signing.
Prue's book will be available at its cost price of £25 during the event, or we are offering a special pre-order deal of £38 for a ticket + book option.
Tickets £18 | Ticket + Book £38
