Museums and galleries in South Devon are in abundance so there are plenty of opportunities to learn about some local history or peruse some fabulous artwork.
Across the region in many of the towns and villages, you’ll find a museum. Some of these will chart the history of the town and its inhabitants focusing mainly on the local history, whilst others may show off a particular subject of interest.
