Description
West Devon Way - Stage 2 - Sourton to Lydford - 4.5 miles
This stage crosses fields, tree lined tracks, and more open moorland. The field section south of Sourton can be muddy following wet weather, particularly around the gates. Tracks become more rocky towards Lydford. The stage is fairly level, with a short steep descent and climb north of Lydford. There are a number of stiles on the field section south of Sourton, and gates elsewhere on the stage.
