Teignmouth and Shaldon will play host to anything up to 20 shanty groups performing in 12 venues and providing over 70 hours of "free to attend" shanty singing. The towns will be filled with music, singing and infused with a great community spirit.
There promises to be something for everyone, with multiple performances being given at the same time across a range of venues - mainly local hostelries. The event is also being supported by a number of South Devon breweries.
