In Japan, houses are decorated with 'koinobori,' or carp kites. The carp is known for its strength and its ability to swim up and over powerful waterfalls. It is hoped that children will grow up to be strong like the carp fish. We also have many fish related symbols within the Cathedral. We will be making kites and hanging fish in the Cathedral Nave.
Pricing
£3.50, just turn up (children over 5 years can be left for an hour with our education staff).
