ASHBURTON FOOD AND DRINK FESTIVAL 2020
Sat. 5th September
Now in its 10th year, the Ashburton Food & Drink Festival has been described as 'the perfect food event in a lovely Devon Town' and on Saturday 5th September the town centre will be transformed once again into a wonderful street market with a carnival atmosphere that includes musicians and performers.
This free Food Festival offers something for everyone, with over 65 stallholders showcasing local and regional quality produce. Many of our stallholders are from within ten miles of the Town and the Food Festival represents the best of Ashburton and reflects the enthusiastic way that people have contributed in the past.
To make this event stress-free, a Park & Ride service runs throughout the day from South Dartmoor College with regular mini-buses taking you directly to the heart of the festival. There is also a Park & Walk from Glendinnings car park.
We welcome families, children and wheelchair users. There's something for everyone at the annual Food and Drink Festival in this South Devon town on the edge of Dartmoor.
If you'd like to take part in the Food Festival this year, please get in touch. All suggestions and ideas are welcome. Maybe you'd like to be a trader, join in or lend a hand as a steward? Let's hope for fine weather and we'll see you there…
