5 superb Award Winning cosy cottages sleeping 2 - 6 offering real home from home comfort with unexpected extras like dishwashers, fridge/freezers, ensuites and fourposters. Some cottages have log burners, disabled access, fenced private gardens and a whirlpool bath. To add to the choice there are pet welcome and pet and feather free cottages.

Peaceful, rural location in AONB, less than a mile from the South West coast path and Beesands, an unspoilt beach with a gastro pub (pet welcome) serving brilliant locally sourced food. Off-season short breaks and 2 person discounts are available.

Road Directions

From the A38 take the A385 to Totnes. In Totnes follow the A381 signs to Kingsbridge. In Kingsbridge take the A379 signed to Dartmouth. In Stokenham take the last exit at the mini roundabout signed Beesands. Turn left after approx 1.5 miles signed Beeson, Beesands. In Beeson take the right fork signed Beeson Farm. Our drive is approx 100m on the left, just past the farmhouse.

Public Transport Directions

From Totnes station<br />Bus to Kingsbridge, then take the Dartmouth-bound bus, alighting at Stokenham. It is then a two mile walk, or we are happy to collect you from the bus stop in Stokenham (please telephone to notify us of your arrival).
